Dishwasher leaking. Three months to get parts. working again. 1 month later, heater element warps. Repair that (only 1 month this time) and two days later I go to use it and it's leaking again. Takes an hour to get Sears Appliance Repair on the phone. They outsource to another company. Both point fingers. Cluster F. Buy and repair with someone else.

I made my first repair appt after having this service contract. I spent my whole day when I say whole day I mean until 8:00pm waiting for service tech. Tony N. This tech called once at 4:36 said call me back on his phone number because I didn’t receive the call his number is blocked, when I specifically requested text do not call for scamming numbers. Then called 20 plus times text no response. Called Sears CS four times said he’s around corner be at your house by 7:00pm I said what tech comes to someone’s house at 7:00pm everything will be closed in case I need parts or whatever again not one person reached out to me. I was not happy I used online chat through their company with two agents they stated “ tech” closed ticket said unable to reach customer. At this point I was out of character. Whose going to compensate me for a whole day????? I should get an automatic renewal at no charge however that won’t happen because no one is accountable at this point everyone works from home not comprehending anything that is being said by customer and reading a scripted dialogue there’s no supervisor no one in authority to speak to no one via email. With all this high tec technology we still cannot get descent customer service in USA just like EDD or government court system, Social Security everyone we need is closed however I’m sure all our governments personnel are still getting paycheck. This is unnecessary stress when things can be so simple if people cares
