I stopped by this location while I was in Eugene around 2pm, an hour drive from home, to get a replacement card since there's been issues getting mail from this bank. Instead of being treated like a member of this bank or community, I was talked down to by the WORST drive-thru teller. I pull up to the screen only to be ignored by someone who could see I was waiting to be helped on her screen and through the giant window she was standing in front of. Upon waiting a fair amount of time, I hit the call button and instead of "how may I help you today?" I was sharply asked "do you have a question?"....Well, yes, actually I do....how did you EVER get a job that requires customer service? I'm not upset that I was told I had to come inside to receive services, it was that I've been banking with Selco since 2005-ish and I got 100% s*** on by someone who didn't even try. Maybe it's time to shop around for a new bank. Avoid this location if possible.

HORRIBLE. Not ADA compliant for members with visual impairments. They'll also hold checks for 3 weeks. I'm unable to use online banking so I rely on calling into the branch to make transactions. They make it a horrible experience. Call in five or six times after waiting on hold for 30 minutes each time, then they hang up on you. The worst bank ever.

My vehicle was repossessed after 35 days. I was late on making payments due to covid-19 struggles. I made a payment covering the late funds but was told my car would be repossessed. I was told my $426 payment was already accepted into the loan and would be shown after I refinanced with a different credit union. Two months later today, I received a check from selco for that total amount. Neisha Jendrisak, whom was in charge of dealing with the issue was extremely unprofessional. Never finance from this credit union. Trash human beings.

This is the epitome of banking. They used their attorney to delay a real estate transaction we were buying from them that was bank owned when we tried to back out. They conceded because they were in the wrong, but forced us to hire an attorney as well which cost us a few thousand dollars, stress, and lots of time. You all should be ashamed of yourselves.

Go to Selco talk to them.
Yes, the SELCO West 11th location offers shared branching.
The SELCO 3630 West 11th location has a drive-up teller available on Saturday from 10am-2pm.
The state of Oregon’s Emergency Relief Assistance program is now closed. To learn about additional, less-limited assistance, please call 2-1-1 or visit: https://www.selco.org/docs/default-source/resources/emergency-relief-assistance-faq.pdf
Yes, if they participate in co-op shared branching. You can do this at the atm or inside the branch with the tellers during normal business hours.
We don't have a set rule, but we'd generally prefer if you come inside for something that could take a little while like a fax. We don't want to hold up others in line.
