At 315 in the morning I ordered a shake and some fries. although they were a little backed up there’s no reason I should’ve had to ask for a refund at 348 when I finally realized I would not be getting my food.. Didn’t offer me a discount for the wait didn’t offer a apology and didn’t care that I waited over 30 mins PATIENTLY I might add.. Will NEVER be back here

Ordered and had to wait over half an hour for my food which was 3 items, so much for convenience

I’ve been coming to this sheetz for yearsits always been phenomenal until the past few months. I literally cringe when I see a certain worker at the register, she literally has a meltdown if if not everything goes exactly how she wants it, so yay for the self checkouts. Unfortunately the last couple times we got food it’s been cold or we are missing entire items that we ordered. Disappointing because it’s always been a great convenient spot to stop.

Stopped to charge my car at the supercharger and noticed someone parked their ICE (internal combustion engine) vehicle in the "Tesla charging only" spot. For almost an hour I watch people and cars come and go, many parked directly across from the chargers, directly in front of the entrance doors and there were several spaces available at all times. I noticed cars parked behind the store that didn't move the whole time I was there for nearly an hour, just like the one parked in front of and blocking a charger. It's this an employee? Someone traveling long distance? I'm not sure but this is illegal as it's a violation, rude because it's taking up a charging space and just mean. If this keeps happening, Tesla's will take to parking in front of gas pumps for fun.... And we have ALL KINDS of media and entertainment that we use to keep us entertained. Move your car or face the consequences, either from the tow truck driver, the police officer who's going to ticket you or from irate Tesla owners. I expected more from Sheetz! If they police handicap parking spaces, why aren't they policing these charging spaces the same way? Or at least asking them to move? As more Tesla's are getting in the road and as they open the superchargers up to other brands, this is going to cause a lot of conflict, moving forward, not just with Tesla owners!
