I generally try to give business's the benefit of the doubt, but my experience today hasn't left me without any positivity to this review. I took my little sister out to this sonic for her birthday for a slush and some food. But when I tried to order a slush the app told me this location's slushies are out of order. So I changed the order, but when I went to press the button to let them know I was there for my order, they immediately told me they were no longer serving guests. I wasn't even able to ask why as they had turned off the mic. I understand if machines are down, or there's issues inside, but the rude reply, then prompt cutting me off was very unprofessional. The inability to get food, and the rude customer service has put me off to this sonic for quite awhile.

We stopped here for lunch while doing our road trip. The food was good and came out very quickly. The lemonade tasted awful though and the guy had a bit of a hard time understanding our orders that we were placing. In the end we got everything we asked for. Similar to other sonics I've been to.

We are on a cross country trip and needed some lunch. There aren’t many “fast food” restaurants, so we decided to try Sonic. We were waiting over 20 minutes for our food (as was everyone else). We only saw one vehicle leave while we were there, and they hadn’t gotten their food so we are assuming they just got tired of waiting and left. Even the person is drive through was waiting that long. We were glad to finally have our food and got back on the road. The two burgers we ordered were cold and messy to eat. The temperature of them after waiting that long was very disappointing. We were also supposed to have two ranch sauces and ketchup, none of which we got. And the two napkins provided weren’t enough to clean up our shirts after those messy burgers. We could have made it to Salina almost in the time we spent waiting.

If you expect your food to be correct, go to another restaurant. Also... They let their staff smoke their vapes in the kitchen. Disgusting!
