The gyms equipment was very clean and good quality. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly, Don showed me a few ways to lift that I haven’t done before that I thought were really great and I’m glad I learned them.

Don McAlpine was a phenomenal coach on what exercise specifically were best to reach my results. He was patient and listened very intently. He’s also just a very down to earth and funny trainer. Would highly recommend anyone go to Don specifically - he changed my entire perspective on working out!

It's rare that I sit to write reviews about a business, but this was more than worthwhile. Anytime Fitness is a gem to have in Elmsford. As many reviewers previously said, the facility is brand new and impeccably clean and orderly. The owner, Anthony, makes a point to get to know his members, so everyone feels welcome and valuable. He packed a TON of equipment into the space without letting it feel overcrowded. Anything you may need for cardio or strength training is right there, in addition to the studio space for classes, training, or individualized virtual workouts. Having a 24-hour gym so close by has cut any excuses for me to skip a workout. So glad this opened in Elmsford, I can't recommend it enough!
