Very poor management, and the manager Amanda lied us about refunding our money next day, when we went next day for check out they began to deny our refund and they gave us nothing but excuses. They moved us to 4 different rooms. And each room has issues something or another. The first room doesn’t have cable, the second room shower was full of hair and had no phone. the third room doesn’t have lights. And we didn’t have access to wifi our entire stay, the only place the wifi work is the office.The employee and management are not communicating properly. Each night we have a new complaint. Very unsatisfying stay. The management is really very poor. If no other hotels are available then pick this hotel. And do not try to stay more than 1 night. I lost my slides here when we were changing the room. The housekeeping stole my slides and they denied that there was nothing in the room. Don’t trust this hotel. I don’t know how this hotel got 3 stars. NOT RECOMMENDING TO STAY HERE !!!!

Everything was perfect to be honest. The bathroom was nice and spacious. Cable was pretty good even though I stop watching television 10 years ago, I'll watch a few shows here and there depending on what it is. Bed was comfortable and there's air conditioning

This hotel is badly in need of a full renovation. Furnishing in the room are old and stained. The TV desk was full of drilled holes. The room door was cut to the point that air could clearly flow under it. The gap between the floor and door makes easy access to rodents and other creepy crawlies to enter the room. Clearly, this door needed replacing. Peeling paint was also noted. The security latch on the door was missing screws. Bedding was old had holes and burns on comforter and blanket. I can't recommend this as a rest over.

The stay was decent and the room wasn’t too bad. However there were a few things that management could have fix or done better. There appear to be mold in the tub on the tiles, and the sink was unclean. The curtains had a band aid on it which was a major turn off. In spite of this the location is close to the highway, gas station, diner and a cvs. Which are all convenient. The hotel also doesn’t have a cut off time for check in which is great. I would stay again if desperate and there is no other hotel available.
