Placed a order on March 17 to be picked up on March 21 at 630 am, paid upfront, asked to have muffins and bagels pre cut. When the time comes for the order to be picked up, the staff has no idea what I am talking about , gives me a bag of cold muffins, throws some more stuff together and then asks me to pay again.. Thank God the person picking up had receipt

Great local spot, what you expect from an NY bagel shop. Nice to see the same staff whenever you go in. However, minus 1.5 star b/c they're not strict about enforcing their mask policy. While it's only a few min per order, the sign on the door and regulations are clear. It's happened a couple times.

For my first time being there i am impressed, my sandwich for lunch was just on point they got every ingredient that i asked for right. The sandwich was amazing plus quick service too and friendly employees, i will definitely be back when Im in the neighborhood.

These are the BEST bagels. This is the only place I buy my bagels and I even buy a bunch to freeze and take with me. Fluffy and flavorful, these bagels don't just taste like white bread. I have introduced this place to many friends and all of them have loved it as well. Goldberg's never disappoints, and the staff are lovely as well.
