Hi there, we have a large selection of computer hardware parts. We stock most of them in our stores, and also have a few online only items. If it turns out that we don't have the specific model you're looking for, we can always special order it.
Not sure if they repair broken monitor screens but I would highly suggest just buying a brand new monitor with a 3-5 year replacement plan (not warranty, replacement plan!). A new LCD panel for a monitor may land you a good $150 plus labor whereas the latest monitor may land you just a hundred bucks more and you can pick up the peace of mind for another 44-54$ for a good 4 years that includes negligence.
They have technicians but for your specific software issues I think it's better to call and ask.

The answer to your question is yes. I know somebody who was in the same situation. They did any and everything to help in any possible way. They go above and beyond! The prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend them.
