Horrible! Refused to upgrade Overdrive to 64 bit, kept it at the ancient 32 bit platform. Their new app Libby is buggy, erases your ebook data randomly, and their tech support is abysmal. Libby's main purpose is to collect data and sell it. Rakuten has corrupted our beloved Public Library system.

I agree with other reviewers on here. This company uses trash 3rd party sellers and when you try to leave reviews that don’t shed Rakuten in a good light, they “moderate” your review. Don’t bother wish this company. Waste of time and money.

I bought something from a seller through Rakuten, and now the sellers website no longer exists and there is no way to contact the seller. How do I contact Rakuten for my money back because I never received the item.
