Tried the range today. Was pretty good, very busy, mats were in good shape. The attendant was friendly. Balls were good enough, is the only reason not rated a 5. Not enough room between or behind stalls for safety reasons. Bit pricey, $16.00 for a large bucket(100 balls). A bit more than Southern California.

My son has attended golf camp here with his friends. They learned nothing and none of them want to go back. Save your money on camps here if you want your children to 1- learn anything about golf or 2- can a love of the sport. It had quite the opposite effect on them.

This is my home course and it is really in great shape. The greens are faster than I remember from last year and with all the rain the fairways are in really great shape. It maybe hard to get a tee time; however, if you are lucky enough to get one it’s well worth it!! Hit them straight!

Sterling Farms had been my "home course" for the 30 years we lived in Connecticut - first in Stamford then Trumbull. I've enjoyed seeing it mature and change gracefully over the years. With the high volume of play it receives, it has always been maintained beautifully. Now that we live in Brooklyn, NY, Sterling Farms is a "destination course" for me and I return to it frequently to join my friends for a round. It is always worth the drive. I have remarked to my friends many times that for me the golf course is my cathedral ... the blue sky, fresh air, green grass and trees - there is no place I enjoy more and feel more at ease than being on the course with my friends. We thrill at the good shots and laugh at the poor shots, and always enjoy the day. Thank you, Sterling Farms for the many smiles over the years. Thank you to the staff at Sterling Farms for their talent and hard work to provide us with an excellent experience for so many years. Looking forward to Spring 2022!
