Terrible service. 3rd time I’ve ordered delivery here and it’s taken over an hour. No one answers the phone. Absolutely ridiculous

Ordered carside pickup, got home order was completely wrong. Called in to let them know and was advised that I would have to go back and pick up the correct order. Went back to the store and reordered for takeout, open up the box and one of this pizzas was still not right!!The server Shariv (if thats how his name is spelled) was very rude and has 0 Customer Service skills. Not to mention the store has tons of flies. Will not be ordering from them again!

I just picked up my pizza and wanted to leave a good review. I placed it online and it was ready upon pick up. The pizza was good. The only reason why I am giving it 4 stars rather than 5 is because the gentleman continued to make his pizza while I waited for a few min for him to finish. I would recommend that he would help a customer in store to simply pick up their pizza which would take a few seconds to hand over the pizza.

They tell you your order is ready long before it actually is. Happens every time I go there. They do this to strengthen their service rating as a franchisee to the corporate office. This is particularly unethical during a pandemic when people are waiting in their cars until it's ready only to go in to get there Pizza and wait with everyone else who thought their order was ready. Pizza is fine.
