I dropped my iPhone in a pool and then charged it, and without realizing completely destroyed the insides. It was completely full of water, which I could see through the camera lens. I dropped it off at uBreakiFix at 2pm and picked it up Tuesday, free of charge, and was given a detailed explanation of what was damaged and what they couldn't fix (dehydrated it, tried replacing the battery, charging port, etc. but it still would not turn on). If it had turned on even for a bit, they would have secured a backup as well, included in the $150. Again, that detailed diagnostic was COMPLETELY FREE. Their time estimate of a couple hours was overly optimistic, but do be considerate since they are really trying everything they can and some cases they receive might be more complicated, which delays the rest.

brought my phone in for a cracked screen found out through and email that my repair was halted not the second phone number i left, how can i get an email if you have my phone? then the liquid glass protector that i wasted 70 dollars on will not be honored because i was never given the packaging for the first repair and never got a chance to register the product. after a laundry list of excuses that their "tech" broke my phone while installing a screen i was told i would just be better off going through my insurance to get a new one and they cant help me. maybe they should change the name to u break i break worse.

Well satisfied customer. I had to leave my phone due to a Samsung systems issue. They stayed in touch by text. Phone was ready the next day, repair reasonably priced.

My computer was not turning on and I brought it there for a free diagnostic. They told me exactly what was wrong and they even hooked up their own equipment to it to test what was the issue. On top of that, they even took the extra step to update my bios and make my machine run faster. 10/10 recommend. Another quick note: ask for Matthew. He is awesome.
