Yes the HOA is low but that's because they didn't do anything you would expect a normal Association to do. What they will do however, is screw you over and put an intent to lien on your home for supposed non-payment despite payments being made. They outsource every possible job to a third party company and make doing anything or getting any answers close to impossible.

Great place to go swimming! I have plenty of good memorys swimming at this place, for the last 6 years. They have a splash park too for kids....and for the adults who wanna let their inner kid self run free! Haha

Some are roughly 13 years old and others are brand new. It's a beautiful community.
Includes a lot of false information, and false statements in regards your own property. If you leave something outside they will nag about it, worst then living in a gated community.
