A perfect place to stay for a week or two. We checked in after a few weeks of travel and have been through a number of hotels, and this one was so far the most welcoming and comfortable we've been in. Sylvia at the front desk was wonderful and took care of everything we needed, and the chairs and beds are much cushier than the stiff plastic and understuffed mattresses we've been dealing with in the past. It's also a good distance from the main road, meaning it's nice and quiet. Would stay again.

As a traveling team for the National Guard and the United States Army, we have all been exposed to several tiers of hotel amenities, professional staff, and concierge services at different establishments across the East Coast. However, in the past 18 years very few hotels stand out, let alone are highlighted by seasoned hotel customers like us. This Hotel is at the top of our list, hands down! We were first greeted by the most professional staff in the state of New York. Silvia and Sandy Took charge immediately over our questions, queries for tourist attractions, and local resources. They satisfied any information quandary we had and swiftly solved every issue that could have been a quality detractor. 5 star service all around! Not to be out done, Peter, one of the night auditors, was super attentive, detail oriented, and displayed a sincere desire to please us in every way. This hotel along with everyone employed there, to include all the housekeeping staff members, janitorial custodians, and especially the most warming and welcoming kitchen attendees we have ever had the pleasure of meeting. They took the time to show us exactly how to exploit every Inch of the continental breakfast offerings, snacks, and 24 hour coffee bar. Ms. Laurie greeted every one of our 10 military instructors with a smile and a loving attitude that reminded us of home. Ms. Laurie’s positive attitude brightened our day and made us look forward to coming back to the hotel at night, which is a credit to the general manager Ms. Christina who obviously handpicked every staff member of this hotel, directly from New York’s “most hospitable employees” list, if that was a thing! Words cannot describe how happy this stay was for our team and how the employees went out of their way to make sure every detail of our trip was a memorable one. Highly recommend a stay here for a night or a month! This is the place.

Service was great, staff was very attentive. The rooms are comfortable and well proportioned. The breakfast in the morning is a standard Hampton Inn offering. I have not used the pool but it was well taken care of.

After a long trip to NY from Seattle I was happy to have booked my stay here. The staff especially Sandy was once friendly and was happy to offer recommendations of where to eat. Clean rooms and great location. I highly recommend staying here and will be back again.
