The gym does not follow the New York State bill (#S1475A) put into effect February 2021 that states "require such businesses to provide certain contact information to be used as a cost-effective, timely, and easy-to-use mechanism for cancellation" They have informed us over the phone that we are not allowed to cancel our gym membership over the phone and would have to go in person to cancel. There was no other cost-effective option given thus going against the legislation. Terrible business that should be reported.

Club is clean and well maintained. They have all the latest equipment and a basketball court which is nice for a warm-up. Comfortable atmosphere. Met Wil the owner. Nice guy. You can tell he cares and has put a lot of work into the place. I have been a member of 3 gyms in the past but this is the best one by far.

Pretty good gym, on the not-so-busy hours there is enough space to work out in private. Classes take up a significant amount of space occasionally but can be avoided with time management. Tons of relatively new equipment inside of track. Can't beat the price and friendly front staff.

Honestly signed up here to play on their indoor court couple times a week and found myself loving everything about this locations facilities. People/Employees are all friendly and it is up kept well and always very clean. One of my favorite places to go for stress relief!!!!!!!!!
