Extremely overpriced with rude and indifferent employees. So-called "wine and beer sampler bar" hasn't been open for months. Prime rib carving station closed, no one can give an update. Anyone who shops here has too much money to spend and hello, I'm open to being adopted.

Shnazzy Grocery store! All kinds of cool stuff in there! Top-notch meat section! Employees are always friendly! This grocery store is definitely for the high class individual that doesn’t want to be caught grocery shopping we’re all the other standard issue humans shop!

Interesting market a cross between a boutique type store and major grocer. Not any more expensive or discount market either. Gelson's has some unique gourmet items, and your typical Oscar Mayer weiners. I was drawn to the aroma therapy section of the store.

This store makes me happy. It is always so clean and well stocked; and the workers are friendly and helpful. It almost makes shopping a pleasure. ;) They have quite a few specialty items that are nice when you don't feel like cooking or baking. Little Cakes Cinnamon Rolls and Tiramisu are delicious. So are the Siracha Grilled Shrimp Skewers from the deli. The produce department is excellent. The prices seem really good to me, for San Diego at least. The Tom's Natural Toothpaste is the same price as Target and same for the KIND bars. The atmosphere is so nice and there is always plenty of parking. I highly recommend it.
