Red Wing Park

It's a very nice PUBLIC park. I drove there 30 mins with my 3 sons and we were excited to do some slides and run around while my wife was in the hospital nearby. However we were asked to leave by some young camp counselors who told us they had rented the whole park. There was no signs out front and the gate of the park was wide open. My boys were pretty upset about it and looking back I could've made a stink but we moved along. Nice park, but avoid the camp counselors at all costs lol

Space Fury

I go to fish on Wednesday nights from 7-dark. The staff on hand are super friendly and attentive to the protection of the property. Because anyone can show up to fish, you have young teens that are disruptive, inconsiderate, entitled and flat out annoy the people who are there for some local relaxation and good sport. Anyone under 18 should have a parent present and not be allowed to just drop off their kids in lieu of another babysitter.

Great place .. free entry .. cost guards every where.. kids friendly water levels. Clear water. Kids can slide into water. Play and return beach toys. Sports stuff. Cheap pedal boating that closes by 5pm . Nice open area to play out door games . Fabulous, lovely place to visit. I will visit this place at least 50 times in my 3 years stay I am planning on this city.

Clean, well maintained lake. Small concession stand for food. Never really packed. A basketball court, small playground and a covered section with grills on the perimeter. Great place to spend time with family.
