I blew out my tire on the taconic while about an hour from home and they saved me! Everyone was so wonderful! Anthony, being the face of the operation that day, was nothing short of exemplary! His customer service skills truly need to be commended. He went above and beyond and I am so appreciative of the staff!

Excellent customer service!! Had a flat tire in late afternoon on Sunday and they said we had to wait a day which is understandable but Michael went above and beyond and fit us in to replace our tire!!! I wish I could do 10 stars! Michael is the best!

Had an excellent experience at this Mavis. Anthony and the guys there got me in right away and had me on my way I'm no time. Not only did they install my new tires but they also pointed out a few things I wouldn't have even known about if I didn't stop in. Now I feel much safer on the road. Can't thank them enough.

i have bad experience with this low place, they charged me for alignment and didnt do nothing and i was there Tuesday because i had accident and they no care what issues and they charged me 99.99$ for alignment and nothing did, now today Saturday i had to again alignment again because they made me fool and again i have to pay other place because that store didnt do nothing as well! dont go there for fix your car, prefer find other place and very slow… i will filling report for chargeback
