This is my third visit to Robert's Auto Shop. James, Juan, and Dan "The Man" were a pleasure to work with. From scheduling a convenient appointment time to completing the repairs, every part of this transaction was smoothly executed by the team at Robert's! The shuttle service was prompt and convenient. Perhaps most impressively, they came in almost a hundred dollars under the stated price. I consider myself blessed to be a patron of this local institution. 5 stars is truly an understatement!

Last week was my first experience at Roberts Auto, and I can't recommend them enough. I had a general inspection completed after an oil change at another shop left me wondering about all kinds of potential repairs. Keith was so nice; He was a good listener, and patient from the moment of my first phone call - full of explanations for what I thought might be wrong with my car - to the moment I left the shop. He graciously performed a thorough inspection and assured me my car was OK. He even explained his philosophy regarding making repairs or not. I appreciate that he didn't scam me or take advantage of my limited knowledge of cars, and that he tolerated my anxiety. The location was also nice and welcoming. I'll be going here for my next oil change, as he promised he'd keep an eye on everything he documented. This was the most positive experience imaginable!
