I usually order a ham and prime rib every year for Thanksgiving and Christmas from their holiday menu from their Hackensack location and unfortunately ordered from there this past Thanksgiving only for them to tell me that they did not have the prime rib I ordered AFTER they already charged my credit card. The store manager offered no help or consolation to their mistake and I had to wait 2 weeks just to get a refund after he told me that it would take 7 days. Stupid me decided to give Boston Market another shot only because my family loves their ham and prime rib so I ordered from their Emerson location for Christmas. The order was provided with no issues and I was in and out within 5 minutes! The Hackensack location is the worst when it comes to customer service and Boston Market in general is terrible with complaints as I've contacted corporate several times only to get no where but the EMERSON location and their staff gets 5 stars from me! I even ordered from them again for New Year's Eve!

Ordered the catered turkey, ribs and many different sides. It was delicious, portions were good and ready at time of pickup. Definitely should order if unable to cook yourself

Great chicken and great selection of side dishes. Friendly service and clean store. Ample parking behind the restaurant.

The service was great and the chicken was delicious. But the ciabatta bread was just terrible! I really do not like the ciabatta bread at all. It is too hard, dry, chewey and a sour after-taste. The original white bread roll they used to have was one of the best sandwich breads I have ever tasted. It is a shame that they only have the ciabatta or wheat bread now. I've tried both and the wheat bread is only slightly better than the ciabatta. Red Robin, Chick-Fila, ihop, and Outback all have superior rolls that are much much more tasty and so mouth wateringly good. Ohh, also Popeye's just changed their chicken sandwich bread, and it is also super delicious! Why is it that all these other restaurants have delicious bread and Boston Market doesn't? Why did Boston Market get rid of their only good tasty bread? Other than the bad new bread, here is a review: Pros: great chicken and great sides Great new apple struddle thing - it was left out all day and old and stuck together like rubber cement, but wow it was super delicious! I liked it a lot and I'm sure it will taste even better if you are lucky to get it fresh and hot from the oven! Very clean restaurant. Friendly, fast, polite and helpful employees. Lots of tables and seating. Lots of parking and all free parking. Cons: Restroom was a bit small. The all new ciabatta bread as mentioned above is too dry and sour, and the only alternative is the wheat bread, which is not good.
