We went for a covid test. There was no patients in this place, however somehow took them 45 minutes to see us. There was a senior awaiting on his car for his drive thru testing for almost an hour. After the test, a Dr shows up to talk to us (a way to scam some extra cash from insurance). We were testing for travel, had no symptoms. They billed my insurance for a GP appointment and other tests besides the covid test at 363 dollars. What a scam, I should have never gone there. I have been calling them for the past week to talk to someone from the billing department and no one answers.

Was able to book appointment on line very easy BUT couldn't diagnose me without blood work another 40 bucks after paying 132.00 dollars..so I get blood work no one comes back with my diagnosis they tell me to leave but I say no one told me what's wrong...oh by the way I told the Dr what was wrong with me..funny huh? The Dr finally comes in and says yes you have a bacterial infection..I'm like duh ..all this for a three dollar script..I'd rather die then go back there!

Great experience. A little tricky with the scheduling but if you call in (Hillsdale, prompt 6) you will get a very nice woman who will help you straighten any issues out. They do ask you to wait AT HOME for the call. I received my call(s) hours before my actual appointment. DO NOT WAIT IN THE CAR until they call you and confirm your appointment. I can see people getting frustrated from misunderstanding this. I did. So glad I called! Turned out to be a fabulous experience.
