I got 2 new tires from this place because I really needed them. This was a few months back and I feel people should know what to expect when service goes wrong. The front desk guy was very friendly in the beginning. Once the service was complete and I took my car into my possession I started driving and heard a weird noise. So I took it back. Told them about the noise I heard and they took it for a test drive heard nothing. Even put it back on the lift and said everything was fine. So I drove home. That night me and my brother went out and tires started to shake had to pull over. Come to find out the tires were not properly torqued and were just HAND TIGHT !! . Lucky we made it home safely. Went back the next morning and my brother went off and was told to calm down by someone who worked there. I don’t think they understand lives were at stake. Driving with the tires not secure could cause a serious accident. They told us that the employee who did the tires would not be fired but maybe retrained. I did end up getting a full refund. After being offered a free oil change in the beginning. The whole ordeal was very scary and frustrating. I was hoping to find a trusty mechanic. But definitely did not. I hope they have changed in the past few months. But if this helps anyone who decides to get tires I hope you review the place before hand.

This is my first visit to this place and I am not going to visit them again - I went to get my rear tires replaced but they were focused cross selling me. E.g. Get all the 4 tires replaced and I will get a very good deal. Are you serious? My car just needs 2 tires replacement - why should I get all the 4 tires replaced? I can not trust them and will never visit them again!

What an excellent experience. In such busy times, having an auto shop that has late evening hours once a week is HUGE. I needed to swap over my snow wheels for my all seasons. Finding time to do that was not easy, until I learned they were open late. Half hour later, all done, complimentary. See you in the winter!

This place is awesome and the customer service is great as well. (Mavis Discount Tire- Fair Lawn, NJ). Matt was just great from the moment I entered the shop. He welcomed me with a nice greeting and very polite all the time. Keith I believe the store manager is Keith and he was just like Matt always asking if I needed help with anything during and after the job was done. Not to mention that the prices are great. Best prices for my entire job I have ever gotten. They work fast and always on point. I will probably come back for other future jobs I need to fix in my car. I recommend this place 100%.
