I ordered the flower arrangement called "Sheila Marie" from "The Flower Cart" for my wife's birthday online. Order came absolutely different from the advertised picture + balloons were missing from the order. I specifically ordered this arrangement because of the bright red colors in a dark blue vase. See picture of what they advertised and what I've got. Tried to call and email them - no one answered... Spent 2 hours calling them. but they don't have even answering service. Since covid, I'm always trying to support local business and that's what I'm getting back - ruined surprise for my wife for $120+. I can probably only dream-on about getting a refund...

I'm so sorry I didn't read the reviews before I ordered flowers from here. If you are going to use this place definitely do not order online. The actual store and the online ordering are two different businesses. They are at two different locations. The store will not be able to help you if your order was made online.We apologize for your experience! We hope you can give us another chance in the future! Thank you for your comments and feedback!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Worst place to ever deal with. They ruined my parents anniversary. My father ordered over 100$ worth of an assortment of roses & lilys to be delivered to my mom. Place closes at 5 & still at 630 …We apologize for your experience! We hope you can give us another chance in the future! Thank you for your comments and feedback!

I placed an order online on Friday morning to be delivered same day. In the comments, I left a note saying I wanted the flowers to be as fresh as possible and asking them to call me if there were any issues with the order.
