Rafael took care of me as I placed an online order for pick up but then last minute wanted to add something. I was pleasantly surprised by the amazing customer service he offered and although there were back to back walk in customers he still accommodated me and got my order ready in less than 10 mins. I will definitely be back again and had to ask him his name since he truly went above & beyond. I’m taking my time to write this in hopes that his efforts will be recognized because these little things truly make a difference to customers like me!! Thanks again!

The counter was unattended for 10 minutes before someone finally appeared with an attitude and refused to serve me because I whistled in the store. She refused to give me her name and claimed to be the manager then proceeded to call the police on me for not leaving the store
