My order left the store over 45 minutes ago & the location is only a 15 min drive to my house. The app says my food has been delivered when actually I'm still waiting.

I asked for contactless delivery for a reason I was not supposed to go down the stair and ended up fallin and my food was cold I literally live 5 min away but delivery took a hour after they left the store always have a problem with this store and delivery this the last time I order for them and also very poor customer service

On 4/9/2022 I received a bundle order which was very good except the bacon 🥓 pie my daughter ordered was way over cooked. I've never had a problem before. Dont know what was wrong but was very unsatisfied.

they are one of the worst dominos for delivery.
If you paid demand yr money back, if you didn't pay count yrself blessed and dont order from them, similar happened to me, they're not the same anymore, actions like this makes me think they dont need our $$$....they lost, not me....next!
They need to stop hiring lazy uneducated school children as staff....
And business goes on, Customer service ain't what used to be.....:(
