Years ago (I think was in 2017 or 2018) one employee (she was like the manager or supervisor by that time)with red hair in that location was real rude with my mother and Now I just want share my review because is better late than never.She had a nasty and disrespectful acttitude

Work on customer service. There’s nothing wrong with being Spanish of course but not everyone speaks Spanish. I ordered apple pies but realized I was charged more than I was told. I decided I did not want them before receiving the food I said I would like a refund but it seemed like they did not understand my request then was told to go park to the side like no I am not leaving my debit card with strangers. Very frustrating because I was looked at like I was crazy for their lack of understanding. Finally the girl at the window had to translate to the manager what I wanted since they still kept trying to hand me the pies. Bottom line is if you’re a “manager” you should speak English as well.

This locations new look and floor plan is much better than previous. There was no smell of garbage. There appears to be an effort to keep the exterior clean. This two star review was prior to renovation: (The place smells like dripping garbage. The outside is warm down looking. There is always trash (100 % of the time) in front of restaurant. No one seems to speak English. The price of a combo meal is $2 more here than near by locations.)
