Not looking at reviews before booking a covid test here was my first mistake. Booked an appointment for drive thru test for 1 pm. Arrived promptly at 1 pm. Waited beind 1 car that was already there at 1:00 until 1:30. At which point I was told to return at 2pm because they were at lunch. Why does the car in front of me get to hold up the line for 30 mins. I don't understand how these "educated" pharmacists fail to think of asking the patient to wait away from drive thru window if they expect a delay. I won't be returning here!

Updated Review: Great customer service at the pharmacy, especially Amelia, who was courteous and prompt. No complaints there. The checkout could be better. Stop charging for cheap paper bags, come on CVS?!? Also, there's almost always no one at the counter.

The Pharmacy Techs were extremely rude. My prescription got accepted at 2:40 pm and wasn’t ready when I came to pick up my medication at 5:30 pm it was finally ready at 5:44 pm but techs were rude.

The pharmacists are nice and helpful. HOWEVER, one of the pharmacy clerks (younger girl), is not. First, she has an attitude when asking for my details to pickup my prescription, like she is being bothered to the max. Communication can also be better. The first time I went to pickup my medication, I was told it was just ordered and it would be in the pharmacy in about a day or two. Never was contacted, so I went a week later and I am told that the manufacturer does not provide this pharmacy that specific medication. Then, I'm told to just go to my doctor and ask for different medication instead. So first they lie to me and then they tell me something different. Again, the attitude from the girl did not make it better... Front end associates (non pharmacy) are an opposite story, though; they are always nice and willing to assist.
