When does beef and cheddar come with 3/4 a SLICE of cheese instead if cheese sauce? They don’t tell you when you order that they ran out of cheese sauce and make you wait 20 minutes for 2 sandwiches with only 3 customers in the store! No apology, nothing but a sorry attitude!

They are really under staffed. There were two people working in there and they make the food when you order it. It took about 10 minutes to put in the order and then it's about a 35 minute wait for fast food. Not sure what's going on there. To make things a little worse, the fish sandwich I ordered was cold. That's a little weird.... This was my second time going and it was an even longer wait the first time. Maybe the owner is trying to save money? This way makes it easy to lose money by losing customers. Unfortunately, if this is how it will always be, then this will be my last time coming.

They just opened on central avenue near the Popeyes. Not bad tasting. I ordered the roast beef, it was a bit bland and the sandwich needed to be much warmer. The curly fries were great, and the mozzarella sticks were crunchy. Guy on the register with big hair was very helpful and let me know what sandwiches and cheeses are the best. Seemed like a real nice person. Good job with the hiring. Only complaint was it took a bit long to pack up food. I noticed the sandwiches were done super quick. The fries and mozzarella sticks took longer but they set it to the side and I had to remind them to put everything in my bag. I was just looking at my food sitting there and growing impatient. I felt bad reminding them but I was staring at my food salivating for 5 minutes before I got the cashier’s attention and asked him to place the food in the bags. He was nice just had his hands busy. Keep up the good work Arby’s wishing this place a lot of success.
