Been my home course for almost 30 years now. Played it for the first time after the renovations. This course was extremely slow as easy as it was prior, now, you need to be a tour pro lol. What a job they did. Course is incredible. Overdid it a little with the fescue in my opinion but it is challenging. Can lose a lot of balls but you will find a lot of balls. I left there feeling embaressed 😂. But I’m still rusty. By far the best of the 3 courses in Essex. No snack bar anymore and still no booze but it’s great

Only played here once(next round is Tuesday) and it is a great course. Too many county courses have reputations of poor upkeep but this place is not that! Looking forward to many rounds this summer and years to come. Side note - will you think about serving alcohol?

Wow what a beautiful golf course. Tremendous improvements have been made since before Covid struck. A big plus is the addition of everything electronic from your receipt to your pace reminders

Hello this is a new review. Everything is better now, they have brand new electric carts. They make a whole difference, take advantage of the screen that I gives you the distance on the GPS. It is a very accurate device,I like that you can play your own music in the cart. The only thing that it doesn't make me give it five stars is that in some places and the grass is not existent and that has certainly something to do with people know fixing their dives. Otherwise, it is a very nice course. Thank you for all the improvements, they are very appreciated.

No it's being renovated right now
In order to receive a discounted rate you will need to purchase a Golf ID, if you want to purchase a golf ID you will need two forms of ID to get an in county ID.
If your grandchildren have a youth on course card it is only $5 to play if they do not they must be 11 years old, this special is only good Monday- Thursday, otherwise they pay full adult rates Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Jr rates apply to all three courses during week which range from $16-$19 depending on course.
I would call to find out exactly how much it cost but for a county card you can get one for $45 or $85 and it allows you to make tee times in advance but you must be a County resident
