Don’t try to play causal soccer here on or around the fields !!!!! The park’s security is blatantly rude and border line harass people !! No matter if you are playing with your two year old child or with friends !! You’ll be getting yelled at by a disrespectful guard with no morale or professionalism. Even if you aren’t breaking any rules they”ll make it clear that they don’t want you to play there unless you reserved the field. They make up ridiculous rules to discourage people from playing. Even when it’s completely empty!! Don’t buy into their “public park” image, it’s run by greedy management looking for profit that avoids telling the rules and policy when asked!

Nice park with a lot of fish, turtles, frogs and ducks. The wildlife will come up to you including the large fish looking for handouts. Park is well maintained and security patrols the park on a frequent basis. Its also located near bluff creek trailhead. I've yet to see a movie here though.

Jose Garcia ~ I whole-heartedly agree on the Soccer Fields' "rules" - typical "american" discriminatory bias on World's Sport #1! Every other "asset" [of this park] is "readily available" to be used ["rent/permit-free"]! And that's a public park/community resources' "handling"?!.. The "management" of this park is abysmal @that!..

It provides solitude on weekday mornings.

Yes you have to rent the field... You have to call the administration to check the availability! Pass by the field then you'll see the number to call in a sign somewhere!👍🏻
You need to reserve it. Their office is just right next to the inner field.
