Be more specific about your pick up from off parking sign. If it is for pick up drop SERVICE only then it should say that. Also don't let it be ok for certain people to park there if they aren't just going in an out. Very unnecessary for the laundry attendant to tell me to move my car when I was picking up a blanket from the dryer. Next time I see them allow someone else park there that's not picking up from the counter I will ask for the manager. I've been coming here for Years and this is the first time I've been told to my my car rom the front spot just for me to pick up one thing from inside. Also Water didn't get more expensive , I don't know why you guys hiked up your washing machine prices. Shame.

Not busy, yet, there is no soap in the ladies’ room, no hand sanitizer on the outside of the restrooms & no paper towels. I have seen at least 3 personnel on site. This place used to be on top of its’ game. Has the pandemic relaxed the attentiveness to detail formerly kept here? At least they’ve replaced the broken down bins and the lights!
