They closed early. I would rate this place a 5 but they closed earlier than the time they are supposed to. I got there at 8:55 and they told me they were closed. I said don’t you guys close at 9? The guy at the speaker said yeah. Stayed silent and just repeated that they were closed. I understand if you start cleaning up before closing but to close registers and put all the food away before 9 is just messed up. I was going to pay by card anyways so your counting wouldnt have been messed up.

MAKE SURE TO DOUBLE CHECK YOUR DRINKS ! They always forget to add the syrups ! ALL THE TIME ….Really frustrating! I feel like they ripping me off ! Make sure to TO TELL THEM NOT TO FORGET THE SYRUP ON THE DRINKS WHEN ORDERING !

Do enjoy the coffee but wish the app works accordingly to the stores hours, I work at 5 a.m. and even though the store opens at 4 the app won't let you pre order before 5 a.m. if I'm in a rush can't really stop to get my coffee here if there's a line, I do stop in the afternoons on my way back home for a pick me up 😄
