I ordered 6 gallons of rice bran oil, and the shipping cost me $57.00. The UPS driver from this location delivered the two packages late evening, on 06/09/22. Both boxes were marked 'fragile', and both had damage. The box I refused to accept had oil leaking through the cardboard of the box, and the oil had been compromised. The box was to be sent back to the company I ordered the rice bran oil from. I went out shopping on 06/10/22, and returned around 3:45pm. At my front door, was another box from the same company, or so I thought. I opened the box, only to find the very same box I had refused on 06/09/22, stuffed inside a large clear plastic bag, inside this nice, new box. The original shipping box was is far worse condition. What this UPS facility did was to cut the original shipping label off of the original shipping box, put it on a new box, put the original box in the large shipping box, mark the original box as damaged, and sent it back to me. It didn't matter to those dishonest individuals that this was damaged food products, and there is no way they would have sent it overnight from Ontario, CA, to Brisbane, CA, and back. Simple logic, and photographs give those individuals at this UPS facility any room for excuses.

They said the limit the number of packages they will accept even though they have industrial carts for customers to bring their packages. They are located at the UPS HUB and limit your quantity! Other UPS franchises say to bring your packages to the HUB, but the they won’t accept them. Highly disappointed. I can’t wait until Amazon’s postal service goes online.

Unbelievably poor service, supervisors are dishonest, no follow through. I paid for overnight shipping on a computer I desperately needed for work. Failed to deliver on time and told me a new driver could not find the address after I called to find out why it had not arrived by 9pm. Customer service verified address and promised to have it on a truck next day and I would have a call from supervisor. NOT. Next day came and went, supervisor called from Ontario shipping to tell me that they did not get the message day before but they would have my package on the truck next day. LIED AGAIN. Day 3 still no package, no updates or reasons other than the staff is not doing their job. THEN they tell me I can pick up package, but oh you only can do pick up 10am-2pm when everyone else is at work.....What kind of a broken service is this. A global company operating like a brand new business with no regard to the customers. Worst thing is they really don't know where the package is and so I just have to call the seller and report this so they can ship another out in this broken system.

I tried to drop off FBA 10 ground packages and get them scan in. We have scheduled daily UPS trailer pick up at our warehouse but we wanted the 10 expensive packages scan in the UPS system. There was no customer in this location. The first guy asked me what is inside and I told him computer motherboard with 2032 lithium battery. Then 3 other office folks came out and try to resolve it. At true they were totally not willing to accept my packages. The lady manger was kind of rude and said I need to call and pay for pickup. I ended up back to office and called our sales reps. Our rep was helpful and sent us another pickup in 30 mins.

Call ups number and tell them delivery package on monday because after 3 attempted they don't delivery any more you have to go ups store if you want to pick up at the store also you can hold the package to pick up at the store

Do you have the tracking number ? It starts with 1z, If so Call UPS ...1800 PICK UPS. They'll help you from there.

Notary services are usually offered at the UPS Stores. This location is the Distribution Hub they do not have a notary.
You should call, to make sure your changes were accepted. If your package was en route, the changes may not have gone through.
It's probably a small mix up it will most likely be there by tomorrow
It could be a number of things from a damaged package to a wrong address...but definitely call ups right away and figure it out I'm sure they will help you
