Today I had a great experience in Cycle Gear. As a female rider, I often walk into cycle shops and feel dismissed. Even in this CG location in the past. Today, was a great experience! The young man helping me (and I wish I remembered his name) was so attentive and helpful. Showing me different products designed for women and telling me the advantages and disadvantages. I truly felt like a real customer and not some girl Thank you so much to the awesome young man who assisted me today!!! Hope you have a great time at Dodger Stadium and the Grateful Dead show!!

Honestly, best in town. Every time I go there it's the same no matter who helps me out. They're not in the business to stuff you with things you don't need. They have great prices great recommendations and they'll do everything they can to help you out. Don't buy online buy at cycle gear And support your local business

Yes, Riders Plus Membership has a yearly membership with discounts, rewards and other perks. Any employee at the store can fill you in and sign you up.
Call your local Cycle Gear store. Or head to the website and click "Stores" at the top. Search for your store and click "Set as My Store" button. When you look at a product's page you can see if it is available at your local store.
Check out the careers page on the website. If you go into the store they'll probably tell you the same thing so you can apply right on the online site.
Yup, they’ll accept returns for online orders as long as you are returning the items within 90 days of receipt and it's in new unused condition with all the original tags and packaging. Make sure you have your order number on hand.
