They are not on time with appointments. A 2:00 appointment got delayed by an hour (they were closed from 1-2 for lunch,as per sign, then the dentist went to lunch at 2).The receptionist was rude and ignored customers, they try to bill you for unnecessary procedures, even when told no. If I had a choice of a different dentist, I would switch in a heartbeat. One star is too nice of a rating.

Came twice. First time it’s on Saturday and had me waited for 1+ hour. I had to leave after x-Ray , so I asked the front desk when is a good(not busy) time to return. Made appt as suggested and asked day off from my job today to come in, and then waited another 1+ hour to be seen. Finally dentist spent 1 min to see my teeth, had me waited another 20 mins in the dentist chair to tell me that I need to be referred out. Together spent 3 hours waiting here to be told something I already knew. not coming back.

I had my appointment today @11:30 and I got there early and they took care of me asap….. their service was fantastic… they answer my question and make me feel very comfortable. I will continue with my procedure that I need to get done with my teeth…. The doctor and assistant Sunshine were just amazing !!!!

The office staff provided horrible horrible customer service. This would be my first and last time I go to this office. The office staff do not care about the patient and give so much attitude and I can over-hear them gossiping about myself and other patients. On arrival front desk did not greet me or my child , she simply ask for date of birth. Once I gave it she stated they would need to reschedule because they need verification of my insurance. She stated they called the day before and I told her if they need something from me the day before it’s best to call 2-3 days in advance not the day before because people work 9am-5pm. I also told her okay you can cancel my appointment but not my child’s because she is in pain right now. All she did was hand me the clip board of onboarding paperwork and told me to sit down. Then I waited 1.5hrs ! Until I saw someone. My appointment was at 1pm and I saw someone at 2:30, I was not told an estimated wait time, and when I did ask, they gave me so much attitude and told me the dentist were out to lunch. Well how about not scheduling me when dentist are out to lunch. Then when they saw my child they could not even do the x-ray. I told the front desk that I just need a referral for pediatric doctor but wasted 1.5 hrs for them to realize they are not equipped to do an x- ray for a toddler and then gave me the referral. When I asked to speak to an office manager the front desk said “she’s busy” and I said well when she is not busy. I saw the front desk lady speak to office manager and they were whispering and office manager avoided me. So I just left. But I’ll be calling their corporate office. This was a horrible experience and I do not trust this office with me life. The only professional people were the dentist who greeted my child with kind words. Other than that office staff absolutely horrible. Never coming back.
