I love me some Wendy's! Until today 7/16/22. Made me change my 5 star review to a 1 star. Especially after the treatment I received from management when I tried to complain about the drive thru girl. I see alot of complaining about her in here. How does she still have a job?? Rude, swears alot, tried to stare me down. Was that supposed to keep me from complaining? My teenage daughter and her friend couldn't believe it. Did she just cuss at you Mom? Now we're at home laughing, shocked, wish we could make a tik tok about it. Maybe I'll go back so I can record her saying "da f#$k" or "nah nah" or her infamous huffing and puffing that I've been reading about on other reviews. Don't like your job, get another one.

Absolutely disgusted at the lack of customer service at this location. Not only was the girl at the drive through window abrupt, rude & disrespectful, but the manager was as well. I run a business myself & customer service is extremely important, especially in this day & age, & I have never been so disrespected. It was not just about not getting our order correct, but the young girl at the window thought calling me “weak” because she could not get a simple order correct was going to help the situation. We will never go to Wendy’s again thanks to the employees at the midland park location this evening.

I always come to this store never had any problems, but today the im not sure if Erin is her name but shes tall white with clear frame glases was very RUDE. We are telling her we there for mobile order pick up and she calls us rude just because we speak louder because she couldnt hear , we get to the window and shes over here with an attitude saying we are saying two different names. If a person doesnt have patient or dont like to work where there is people thats not your job!Only rude person there was her!!!

Fast food is fast food but I come here about once or twice a month and the staff is generally neutral. Not friendly, not mean, just doing their job. It takes a while longer than expected to get your food. I think they're short staffed. But recently the fries and nuggets have been super fresh! Hot and crispy as promised. Of course I'm going to keep coming here, it's Wendy's!
