From the communication, to the care of the fish, to the outstanding results, we were truly pleased with every step of the process. We decided to have Neil and his crew clean our pond this year and were completely satisfied with the job. These men worked very hard at making sure our fish were safe and not stressful as they put all their energy and effort into transforming our pond. They went above and beyond in securing a small structure within the pond by adding and adjusting different rocks to make it look so much better and safe. I felt so at ease with them as they worked on my pond. The job they did was outstanding.
