The only place I get my nails done at. Been going for 3 months and they are always available. When doing mani Tiffany is the person to go. She is very patient and hears you out when making suggestions or modifications when she is doing your nails.

I called at 9am to make an appt at their convenience which was set for 11:30am. I checked in prompt and on time and was specific on the phone and in person that I was getting a gel mani/pedi. I was advised my assigned technician was behind due to an add on service by the previous client. I advised that I was ok with waiting or being reassigned. I was being patient and was understanding. I was then approached by a tech who didn't have a positive attitude. I then advised it was a manicure/pedicure and she pushed her water bowl out of the way and started yelling across the room and of course everyone turns to look. Then I was pinter to go sit at the pedicure station which I proceeded and then 2 women asked if I was getting acrylics. I advised that I was getting a gel manicure/pedicure. Once again they point to the gentleman across the room then point at me and it seemed like there was miscommunication or a commotion. They asked why I didn't get a full set acrylic instead and that it was faster. I then responded with I scheduled a mani/pedi and they were not happy about my service request. Not sure why they'd push acrylics on someone who didn't ask for the service. I then said that I'd happily leave being that it seemed as if my being there was a burden on them. Super inconvenient to make an appointment and then they act like I'm the burden when I want a mani and a pedi and not acrylic and a pedi. Oh and after waiting 45 minutes because they were behind. I will not come here ever again. I was recommended to Cyndi for her great service but I was not able to meet her due to a client adding a last minute service.

I’ve been coming here for the past 3 years and didn’t matter who i got because they always did such a good job! Recently i found Anna and i absolutely love her! I decided the first time that she is my go to! Her personality it’s amazing it’s never an awkward silence because she chats it up and i love it. I trust her completely with my nails because i hate having the trendy long nails (i need to be able to grip and close my fists completely) she lets me know what she’s doing and tells me all the time to let her know if something hurts or burns. So basically 5 stars for Anna!! I’m just sad that i found here when I’m about to move to the east coast :(
