You know customer service is bad when when your store has a bouncer. And he ain't there to enforce mask mandates. My cable modem stopped working and I drove ~2 hours to nearest store to exchange it per tech supports advice. The lady at this store is the epideme of cable customer service. I went in patient, polite and made small jokes about the blinky lights no longer working. She didn't want to help me at all. The gentleman there tried to help but the system wouldn't scan the new modem because I live in Oregon. Finally they asked her for help and she just wanted to start an argument and sent me to the Union gap store. All they had to do was get someone to move the new modem between systems. But why help a customer or be nice when you can just send em away?

Welcome to spectrum. On demand hasn't been working since saturday. They want money and think they don't have to do anything when things go wrong.

Yakima area has an outage on all services 11/01/17. Wait time is like 30 minutes to talk to customer service. If you decide to wait, request a call back. When You get the call back press 1 for customer service rep, ask for a 1 day credit.

I had a few issues over the time I had Spectrum. I quit their service because the price doubled and I don't need fast internet I dont game or stream.

Ok, well dish sucks worse and is more expensive. If your wanting something else get Internet only from Charter then get sling for network channels and use a antenna for the local 4 channels, ABC, CBS, NBC, fox.

Trying login into your router and reboot it.
How about you schedule a service call and have a tech take a look. It could be as simple as a router setting or even a loose connector.

That is interesting indeed. I would try to power cycle the equipment by unplugging it for 20 second. If your receiver does not turn back on. You may need a tech to look at it and possibly replace it.
