Clearly this location was understaffed. We ordered small mobile order. Waited almost a half an hour before we actually got it, didn't get any of the drinks, and got an additional double cheese burger. I would come here again only if it was the last option. The quik check across the street is a much more viable option.

Firstly we were met with the horrible stench of septic system problems. As we waited approx 3 minutes at the speaker before anyone even attempted to take our order. Followed by beyond asked to pull into the waiting spot. After 15 minutes (timed not exaggerated) I decided I couldn't wait any longer so I went inside to see where my food was. It was ready about 2 minutes later. Got out the van and handed out everyone's food to find out my crispy chicken sandwich with no pickles was in fact a crispy pickle sandwich with no chicken..... yes they gave me a bun with 3 pickles inside and nothing else. Back inside I go to wait another 5 minutes for a new one. After 30 minutes and all of $60 I've come to the conclusion that this septic stinking establishment is not fast food. Only fast food quality and stench with a high end wait and cost. Crazy that people actually continue to go here and keep this place in business. We sure won't be again.

I wanted a big Mac with no lettuce, and I got a big Mac with lettuce. I run into this all the time at this location, I am about tired of it.

I was extremely impressed with the service and efficiency of your team this morning. The manager Fred especially made my experience special and personalized, as one professional can in this setting - it set an amazing positive tone for my day!! ☀️ I had my father on the phone in my ear and even he was impressed. 👏 I’m happy that this place seems to be on a good turn around under the supervision of Fred.
