So disappointed it is not even 8pm yet and made it way before the closing time that they have post it on line which is 9pm, my kids were very excited to get their bear and accessories and when we got there the sales young lady was very rude and careless I told her I drove from far and was trying to get the purchase done fast they had no more customers there so it would of taken them a few minutes to just make the sale to us. Instead they just rudely blew my kids and me off. Will not be going back to this store at all im only writing this review cause this is the second time I get rude service at this store.

My kids love going here. The workers make each bear special for each kid. The line to get in the store took over an hour to get through though. A two hour experience for a stuffed animal is a bit much.

I don't see Princess Celestia available on the BAB website, so chances are not good that she will be in the store. Like the others have said, I would highly recommend calling if you're looking for something specific. 💕
