So this is how the story goes. I went in to a competing auto shop for a routine oil change. I was told I needed repair work that I just recently had done, so I was confused. I wanted a second opinion, so I called Goodyear in Butler and explained my story to the manager Brian. He personally setup an appointment for me that best fit my schedule. When I went in to have the car looked over, my car was immediately taken into the garage shortly after my arrival. Within fifteen minutes, Brian had a diagnosis for me. I was told the repairs recommended by the other shop were actually not needed and my car was operating just fine. I was in desperate need of new tires though and my rear brakes needed a thorough cleaning. Brian ran me through my options and was very diligent in his explanations of how tires are rated as to where I, as a lay person, could understand what I was trying to purchase. We eventually settled on a tire that best suited the needs of my particular vehicle. I returned a few days later to have the work done and the same thing again, my car was immediately taken back to commence the repairs. I was extremely impressed as that has never happened at the other shop I would patron or even the dealership where I would wait over an hour just for my car to be taken in. Within under an hour, all of the work was completed, and Brian came out with my keys. I was exceedingly impressed by the efficiency and fastidiousness displayed by Brian at Goodyear. It’s hard to find a good mechanic whom you can trust, but I think I finally found my guy. I will definitely be back for all of my routine maintenance. If you need work done, go see Brian. He won’t disappoint.

This business gets it done and gets it done right! Brian the store manager understands how to run an operation, goal oriented and customer service skills are top level. Monday morning started with nail in tire off of 287. Came in right when they opened and he had a bay full of cars to start the day. He was able to navigate through all his open tickets, get my job into rotation and had me back out on the road within 30 minutes at most! Working with a limited staff first thing at open, I was amazed. He is the store manager but is hands on and does what needs to be done to get the tasks at hand completed. As a plant manager, this is what a great employee/manager needs to exhibit, know how to do their job but on a dime can turn around and help wherever needs helping! Great job Brian and keep up the great work, customer service and managing of your location! Will be back to your location rather than other places in the area that told me what you did was not DO-ABLE! Thank You
