Agree with others about staff being rude and seeming like they couldn't be bothered to help me. They were helping others when I came in so I browsed a bit but once they were done the worker acted like I was an inconvenience for asking a question.

Visited a few weeks ago with a friend. The women were breaking for lunch, and dropped everything to help us shop for canvases and threads. Loved the canvases. They even had some from Schitt's Creek! (Which we bought.) They also have this amazing tool that you can use to make sure you buy the perfect amount of thread. And not to mention an adorable puppy in the store! We were in heaven.

Helga is the sweetest woman! She made me feel very comfortable and helped me find just what I needed and of course more. The range of fibers is amazing. From cotton to silks. Beads and oh the best needle minders I've ever seen! I snapped up a beautiful Hello Kitty needle minder! Worth every penny! Originally a Cali girl I've moved deep into the Ozark Mountains. So shopping for anything like the Needle Nook is a 2.5 hour drive and their floss has nothing on the Needle Nook! Next time I come back to visit my girls I know where I'm going shopping! Thank You Helga for a wonderful experience and for all of your help!

My husband drove me 3 hours today to the Needle Nook. We arrived at 2:15 pm. When I walked in I asked if a mask was required. The employee told me it was up to me. I said I was vaccinated and she said that it makes no difference because I can still spread COVID and get COVID. I let it go and put on a mask. The employee then stated that they were closing at 2:30 and they would not be able to help me. I was confused because their hours online said they were opened until 4:00pm.I then asked why they were closing at 2:30 and they said because there were a bunch of trick or treaters expected in the area.I said all they want is candy. One of the ladies acted like a herd of Buffalo were coming through. She even said that if they stayed opened that the kids are so wild that they could knock one of the employees down and break one of their hips. It was absurd. I Then said that if they plan to be closed early they should have updated Google to reflect their shortened hours so I wouldn’t have wasted six hours driving.One of the employees said we’re not that technically savvy. I said if you’re going to run a business you should learn. Needless to say I’ll never go back to this business again. RUDE, RUDE, RUDE!
