If I could choose 0 stars I would. Decided to try this place out for the first time since it’s close to my house. The guy working there had about 3 teeth short fat and incredibly rude. Looks like they picked him up from Lindo Lake or outside a 711. I go to park my truck and he tells me to pull up to the tent. I pull up and he goes on to tell me how I have no common sense and talk to me as if Im the one mentally disabled. Got back in my truck and drove to Santee goodwill. If you want customer service and to be talked to with respect I would go there.

The gentleman staffing the donation center at the time of my visit was helpful and friendly. The only real difficulty is in getting in and out of the parking lot, which is located at a busy intersection. Note also that this location closes earlier than most. Look up their hours and plan accordingly to avoid disappointment.

Fast and easy early, staff expects everyone to know their COVID process with poorly posted signage/small font...chill it's a donation center.

The guy working here the day I donated a lot of good stuff (clothes, shoes, books, toys) was very rude! The drop off is convenient but I would hope they train their workers better.
