Their always changing their opening hours my sandwich is never cooked completely and the customer service is trash. Only thing they make correctly is cold drinks they don’t even let u scan the code for points for whatever reason…this store needs to do better it should’ve stayed closed

Barista was great! Even though i an not fluent in Starbucks he knew what i was talking about and was helpful. It's so nice to have somewhere to sit down and have a drink and something to eat without being overwhelmed with people. Everyone was masked and kept respectful distances. I'm so happy this place is open like it used to. Just everyone be respectful to staff and each other, it's been too long, and the world could use more kindness in our day to day.

I visited the Macy’s Center City location about an hour ago. I could not hold back my excitement to try the Smoked Butterscotch Latte, I ordered a Venti because it sounded absolutely delicious! Well, I will have to wait until another time …
