They were PRETTY friendly. They were very knowledgeable and efficient. You won’t spend more than 15 minutes here for an oil change and for them to check over your entire car to make sure everything is running properly and fluids are full! Definitely come here if you’re in a time crunch and need an oil change immediately.

Great staff! Super efficient and informative when I went in for my oil change. Also cleaned my windows and checked my lights, windshield wipers, and even checked my tire pressure unprompted, which is better service than I’ve received at any other Jiffy Lube in other states. Thanks for the great work!

I originally chose to go here because I found a 20 off coupon online for a synthetic oil change and I wanted all of my fluids checked and filled like it said they do on their website. The staff was friendly and informed me of all the additional charges along the way. My car needed additional oil than the 5 qtz included in the price so that was an additional 20 dollars and an additional 10 to fill the coolant. Then it turns out my coupon only works in California but was still able to get 10 off. My main complaint is that when I reviewed my bill later it said that some of the fluids they were supposed to check were "inaccessable" which they did not mention to me at the time and so they didn't check or fill them (the main reason I chose to go here). They also noted that I declined having my floors vacuumed but they never asked. Overall it wasn't a bad experience but you can get just as much service from Walmart for a cheaper price or by doing it yourself. They were very quick though. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes.

They are pleasant enough but I get tired of the sales pitch on air filters, wipers etc. I think I caught them off guard when I told them I already had a wiper it just didn't get put on. The young man that checked me in was great. I'm glad they're getting upbeat & pleasant people.
