I received quotes from three tree/lawn services in Yakima to remove two dead trees from my yard. Bruce Moore arrived early to provide my estimate. He was knowledgeable and friendly. Ultimately, Senske provided the lowest bid for doing the most work(other companies bid was higher for doing less work). Crew of two men (Coleton and Manny) arrived around 8:45 A.M. (2 days ahead of schedule which was great!). They were extremely polite and professional. Got right to work with pruning, trimming and tree removal(clean up was above and beyond what was expected). Did an exceptional/thorough job and demonstrated the utmost care with the surrounding plants and structures. I have been impressed with the customer service and quality of work. I would highly recommend Senske Services.

I called Senske to have my irrigation winterized and they told me they would try to get me on the schedule. Over a week went by and I never heard a word from them, so I decided to call someone else who was responsive and did a great job. Over 3 weeks from when I called them I found a slip from Senske in my yard, saying they had come by to winterize my irrigation a few days before but couldn't access my system. I received no calls and no notification prior to their attempt. Their note hadn't even been placed securely enough for me to receive it--luckily I found it under leaves near my chicken coop. Their communication was extremely poor and thus I could never recommend them to anyone.

They kept scheduling appointments and then would not show up, and then they would not call to let us know they were not showing up/rescheduling our appointments. Also, had another lawn company come out to diagnose our lawn and was able to find bug damage- when Senske was asked to come out to diagnose our lawn they looked at the grass and said they were not sure so they just laid fertilizer down. Also, they did not control weeds and clovers like they should even though we have been with them for almost 2 years.
