My boyfriend and I came in for a visit to stock up on some items and also purchase a new fragrance. Eliel from fragrance was really helpful and we also had a great conversation and experience with Sue, one of the managers who cashed us out! I’m a Sephora employee visiting from Canada and it was nice to see another Sephora with great customer service. Shoutout to this location and thank you Sue for the wonderful cash wrap experience!

Don’t get me wrong, I still love Sephora and will be either shopping online or another location. I use to work at Sephora and there was no discrimination at the time. I worked at cash wrap (also greeter), moved to skin, then operations. I walked in the store there was a greeter, but she did not speak. Plenty of girls on the floor…saw a lot of stares but no one spoke. I saw one girl actually speak into her walkie talkie, while staring at me. Again, I worked there, I know what that means….And boy did she make that obvious because all eyes were on me…still no one came to me not even to offer a basket. I came in to replenish my Clinique moisturizer….I went to walk away and two girls appear at the gondola shortly after…I walked back just to see if then someone would say something…again I got nothing. I put the moisturizer back because the customer service was not how it use to be. I didn’t feel welcomed. I was stereotyped soon as I walked in the door. Not cool, and fyi just because at the time there was one black girl in the working area cashwrap doesn’t mean there is no discrimination towards customers. Get it together Sephora Fashion Valley. Some things are affordable while others are ridiculously priced. Sephora can do so much better with it's membership. I still find my membership to useless. I gave a 4/5 because during this visit, I found everything I was looking for. Only one out of the many times I was getting was out of stock.

The new store is very spacious. There is enough room between the products displays, they put the fragrance items way back so someone like me with sensitivity doesn’t have to suffer from the strong smell. Easy to find what you looking for, my only wish is that label cruelty free products better.

They're closed right now, but I suggest calling them directly. I don't have experience returning items yet.
Inglot Cosmetics, they should have it, but I haven't seen Juvia Eyeshadow
