Went for severe foot pain saw a PA who decided it was plantar fasciitis before even getting X-ray, got X-ray and proceeded to make me feel stupid that I had a small heel spur and go see a foot dr I was fine, pain got worse I saw a foot dr 2 days later to be told I had a fracture and piece of bone was avulsed with possible tear or rupture of my ligament! Huge difference and apparently never bothered to look at X-ray! If you want a doctor to actually properly diagnose you DONT go there! I was causing more damage to my heel due to her misdiagnosis!

This location in Bay Shore on the south side is the cleanest CityMd that I have visited. EVERY Staff member is always very helpful and very nice. Several years ago I actually had stitches on my hand and Doreen did a wonderful job even with all my screaming from pain and nerves. I was a big baby. The scar is hardly visible. I have been there several times and I have not one complaint about this location. Thank you EVERYONE

Everyone at your facility was exceptional!! The people at the front desk helped me to log into your system to get my information. And the doctor, who as absolutely caring, reassuring that all will be fine and so very helpful, to the gal who was with the doctor. You have wonderful caring, friendly, professional people on your staff. You do not find that everywhere. I have, and will, recommend City MD on Sunrise Highway, Bay Shore, NY to all that need any medical help. Barbara
