Called for an estimate and inspection on a repair or complete rebuild of my chimney. They came out as promised, gave me repair options. Explained the process and productions involved. Paid the required 30%of total to rebuild, approx $2500.00 down- paid upfront. Was told they would call the next day to setup arrangements to get the work done, no call. I waited a week to hear back before i started to call them. 3 calls and voice mail messages left with no return. They cashed my monies on Nov. 1st. Hoping to hear back to get this project started or court in the near future.

Very disappointed. Scheduled cleaning 2 weeks in advance. Waited hours. Never showed or called. Finally contacted and told they had no record. Re-scheduled. Received a call back stating they no longer service Cayuga County. At this point I feel like they did us a favor. After paying a long buck for a chimney repair and to get blown off like this leaves a very bad taste for this bunch.

Have never used this company's services. But my daughter's boyfriend works here. The owner, sectary, & everyone I have met so far seem to awesome people, always nice & polite. The office is under renovation, but what is done, is looking nice. So if I should need to do any chimney work in the future, I will gladly give them a call, not only because of who works there, but also because my "son in law" says all the customers always seem to be happy with our work when we are done & talk about how quickly we got the job done, how nice it looked & how good the prices were.
